By accessing or using the STACK BRANDS platform at stack-brands.com and app.stack-brands.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The STACK BRANDS platform is an internal operational tool restricted to authorized personnel of STACK BRANDS. Access is granted solely for business purposes related to managing STACK BRANDS e-commerce operations.

Authorized users may not:

• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use the platform for any purpose outside of STACK BRANDS business operations.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or security measures.

The platform integrates with third-party advertising and marketing APIs including but not limited to TikTok for Business, Meta Ads, Pinterest, and Google Ads. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. STACK BRANDS is responsible for ensuring that API usage complies with applicable platform policies.

All content, tools, and infrastructure within the STACK BRANDS platform are the property of STACK BRANDS. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

STACK BRANDS provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STACK BRANDS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
